In-Store Pickup
Please order through our website for in-store pickup at our De Pere location only. Following the normal ordering procedures, including inputting your billing and shipping address.
At the bottom of the "Shipment" screen, you will have the option of selecting in-store pickup from the "Shipping Methods" section.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming receipt of your order.
You will receive a second e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. Normally within 5 business days. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday should be ready by Friday afternoon.
Warm Weather Alert
We do not use wax, paraffin or preservatives. Our chocolate is perishable and may melt in temperatures of 70° F. or warmer.
If you are sending chocolate to a climate where the temperature is 70° F. or warmer, we recommend "Chilled Shipping". Your perishable order will then be packed with frozen gel ice in an insulated container. However, we cannot guarantee your product will not melt depending on time in transit.
Seroogy's is not responsible for melted product.
