Seroogy's Chocolates has been family-owned and operated since 1899. For more than 125 years and four generations, we've been crafting chocolates, roasting coffee, and sharing sweet traditions from our hometown of Green Bay, Wisconsin.

Yes! If you're sending gifts to multiple recipients, you may place separate orders online or contact our Customer Service team for assistance with a multi-address order.
Yes, all shipping companies, including the United States Postal Service, charge for handling every individual package.
If you gave us your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order.
We strive to ship all orders within two business days of receiving them. During the warmer months, chocolate orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Orders placed later in the week may be held until the following shipping day to avoid weekend transit and reduce the risk of melting.

Chocolate requires special packaging during warm weather, including insulation and cooling materials, to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
During warmer months, all chocolate orders are shipped with insulated packaging and cooling materials as needed. To minimize transit time and reduce the risk of melting, chocolate orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday only.
To ensure accuracy, online orders are processed through our fulfillment system and are not available for immediate pickup. Orders typically become available for processing on the next business day, and orders placed on weekends are not processed until Monday. If you need an item the same day, we recommend visiting us in one of our retail locations.

No. While our website features many of our most popular chocolates, coffees, gifts, and seasonal favorites, some products are available exclusively in our retail stores. We also offer select custom gifts and specialty items that may not be listed online. If you're looking for a specific product or would like assistance with a special order, please contact our Customer Service team—we're happy to help!

For best quality, store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors.
Many of our products do not contain gluten ingredients; however, they are produced in a facility that also processes products containing gluten. Please contact us with specific dietary questions.

Fundraising Info
Organizations sell Seroogy's fundraising products and earn a percentage of each sale. We provide everything needed to help make your fundraiser successful.
Our fundraising programs offer up to 50% profit on select products, making them a simple and effective way to raise money.
Schools, sports teams, churches, nonprofits, clubs, and many other organizations are welcome to participate.

To protect participating organizations and ensure orders are processed correctly, fundraising orders cannot be placed directly through our website. Before placing an order, our Customer Service team must complete any necessary paperwork for new organizations and verify that the person placing the order is authorized to do so on behalf of the organization.
